Gee, Jin, I would think you would have your facts straight by now...

#1) Sorry, I have never called anyone stupid for buying this stock. The only one I can recall saying that was Jane, saying people would be stupid to buy it at the bell one day. I'm sure you recall that post as well. My "Dear God" post never mentioned FAMH. Of course, if you want to promote it further, be my guest.

#2)I freely admit putting "Sell your FAMH before it's worthless" in my profile to piss off certain people on this thread who were stalking my every move. No one saw this statement without going out of their way to find it.

It worked, I guess. I also appreciated the ironic possibility of someone taking a statement they felt was "dangerous", but that few people had seen, and posting it on the thread to a much wider audience.

I guess nobody else thinks about the fact that some people seek out the worst things possible, then make sure everyone else sees them..... the "I've sat through this vile, disgusting film - twice!" argument. Blah blah blah.

You have a right to be pissed, and post whatever you want. Why you should be the only one with this right, however, is beyond me.

FAMH lied about the 3rd Quarter earnings. Nobody believes that they made .06 EPS in the quarter. For getting the numbers fixed, I've not been praised... I've been vilified.

I've never seen you admit that FAMH released inflated numbers, though. When I first pointed out that it was likely they had (about four months after the quarter had ended), everyone said that could not be true , since there would be "big trouble" if he had, and shareholder lawsuits, etc., would come raining down. Well, it was true. Nobody filed lawsuits, though.

But even though they released inflated earnings, and got away with it unpunished... we are supposed to believe they are telling the whole truth now? Need I point you back to the gallery of untrustworthy press releases?

Based on the fact that FAMH will have to meet NASDAQ rules (specifically 4330(f) ) for initial inclusion on the board, merger or not, I would say any listing is about four months away.

This is starting to look like a good daytrading stock, though.
