Manny: This is about as good as I could do. Came off of Yahoo: Prior Earnings Report srctyoung Feb 27 1998 2:41 P.M PST First, I'm not a financial guy, nor am I familiar with SEC regulations, etc. But, in the SEC's EDGAR database, what appears to be the Q4 earnings report for last year (10-K405??) is dated 3/28/97, with an amended version (10-K405A??) dated 4/22/97.
