There's going to be alot of cash generated for DCTC. I am sure Joe Murphy will use it wisely. My only hope in prior 20/20 vision would be that Mr. Murphy would have never brought up the share value of FNET. When I first talked to Mr. Murphy back in May the FNET share value was about all DCTC had as leverage for Investors ( my opinion). This worked well at first with the statement made to me from him about. "We have about 3 mil shares and FNET 20 mil divided....He said you do the math, I commented that it looks like DCTC holders will receive 5 or 6 to 1. He said more than that, and it looked like maybe 10-1. Ever since then its dropped down to 3-1 at the meeting and the latest release. Most here still own DCTC shares and should based on what DCTC has to offer as a company standing alone. Its the ones that bought DCTC for FNET value that are very confused and probably dishearted. I say this. If you bought DCTC for FNET value and have seen the value drop because what was said at the meeting ( 3to1 or less) then its your own fault. Mr. Murphy can only provide what he was given. My opinion is that when he saw the placement of FNET shares with his, this was a great DCT(conservation piece). I think it was a little over hyped by the DCI side and all that own or owned stock in this company. I too was caught up in it, but after the meeting I sold my shares because I was holding value of FNET with the placement. It is no fault of the DCTC team, just overhyped by everyone involved. REMEMBER!!! There was no signed contract stating that you would ever receive them.

I feel at this time both companies have helped each other in getting off the ground and we should all be proud of each. I dont expect to see any drop in stock here based on the agreement. You need to consider what DCTC has to offer long term. Best to all.
