Can a CEO's demise be TA'd?

I think you have stumbled or simply stabbed into the heart of the problem regarding TA - if Art is in holding the company back.

But then TA is suppose to take into account all the things that the market accesses a stock for, so I guess I still dunno.

question is still on the table -for what's its worth.
