Auric,

I still don't understand. If this stocks value is more like $1.00 than $36.00 why do the shorts care if they short it at $29.00 or $36.00. Won't they regain the $7.00 difference when this beast eventually crashes? Also, wouldn't they have to be submitting market orders in order for Waldron to change their price and sell to the shorts?

I understand what selling the stock naked is, but how does this impact the short's position? Do they have to cover the difference as the stock keep's moving skyward? So, these guy's pony up an extra million or so because of Waldron illegally inflating the price. From what I read these guys can afford it. Why do they care?
