LE, I'm getting real, real tired of this. YOU POSTED THE NASDAQ RULES FROM THE NASDAQ WEBSITE AT WWW.NASDAQ.COM. I suggest that everyone go and read the site for requirements for listing. There are 3 reasons that a company can be delisted, any ONE of which would prompt the delisting. Since the company has said that the target is no longer operating a business with any revenue, that can be a reason, or if they had less than 500k in revenue last fiscal year, that can be another reason. Guess what, FAMH fixes both of those problems. Jin. put up or shut up.
