Could it be because TPIL consolidated their shares ten for one last year, and since then have been issuing shares like crazy (up to 34,000,000 and more to come by March 23)? They have more than twice the shares FDCD has. I personally feel a little uncomfortable with that, and am not sure if I should invest in TPIL. I don't trust them.
