LEAPS, reply to Tito and Robert Tito, thanks for the link to Jacob Snyder. I will have to study his formulas. They seem to yield similar conclusions/decisioin-rules as my method of working out cases with actual numbers. Robert, the tax advantage of the Jan00 LEAPS is an added benefit to buy them. However, a powerful move later this year could make the Jan99 LEAPS yield enough to pay at the higher rate and not be too sad about it. Bruce
