I question your experience in trading and investing in general. You dont even know how to research this yourself let alone the proper forms to get the ball rolling. Does your in-laws realize the danger and risk of daytrading. Is it time to be more honest with your in-laws? Sorry to be so negative but it is one thing to lose your money, but to lose someone else's leaves a big hole in your gut.
