The warrants ARE called and those holding them have less than 30 days to convert or sell them. As conversion requires cash you can expect the spread between the stock price and TAVAW to actually increase coming into the last days of conversion. A person with cash may buy warrants at that time and convert at a lower price than buying stock outright but this is not a game for amateurs.

Remember any investment vehicle that has falling liquidity will have a falling price, these warrants are about to do the same. Plus, warrants being a derivative are not marginable, as far as I know.

MY advice, if you have warrants, either convert them now or sell them before the spread increases. If you don't have warrants, don't buy them here. Your assumptions are correct mathematically, but neglect the dynamics of the market.
