I didn't realize there was a Waterhouse thread...I'll bookmark it. The biggest gripe that I have with Waterhouse is getting "timed out" after about 5 or 10 minutes with no activity on their site. This means I must reenter my name and password and go through the whole dang process again. This is VERY inconvenient if you do any daytrades at all. Also the servers tend to be slow. And a few days ago the whole system just went down for most of the day. Thier local branch office is wonderful and the people are great, but the online service is lacking. Here's hoping they get better. Regards, Paul
