azcentral.com Came across this while surfing some other articles. For those who have not given it some thought delisting poses some serious implications. Not necessarily about the fundamentals, but rather the perception. As one who was unfortunate enough to already go through a delisting on another stock I can assure you it can get pretty ugly. Lost 60% of value in three days. If memory serves me correctly there have been posts previously concerning reverse split. And assurance it won't occur. Unless management has a rabbit in a hat somewhere it may be the only alternative. And the clock is ticking! Monday I start making calls!!!! I won't be caught off guard again. LM
