New CFO: Have you looked into the CFO at all? I took a quick look at his previous employer, Magna-lab (MAGLA). They are a $5M OTC/BB company that just carried out a private placement of 15,072,000 shares of its Class A common stock to accredited investors for proceeds of $1,884,000. That's 12.5c a share...... That's exactly the kind of heavy dilution that I do not want to get involved with. Hopefully he will not put BCAM in that kind of financial situation, but once again one never knows. MAGLA went from about $5 in 1994 to the current quote of 9/32, and has dropped as far as 6/32. This is not good financial performance. I don't want to say it, but while the technology story here is great, I can't help but wonder about the financial risks. Please let me know if you are able to get a response regarding the floorless instruments. Best regards, THC
