Positives:

I don't want to post just negative things so here are the positives I see in BCAM:

1. I like MEMS technology.
2. I like the idea of sensors/valves that help shoes, seats and other products fit each person's individual build. This could be a huge market. I would also love to own shoes that fit MY FEET.
3. I like the fact that they are acquiring complementary businesses that will provide revenue streams and production facilities.
4. I like the fact that their products have already been used in commercial applications (Cadillac seats).

I like the basic story, but I am worried about the financial picture, the floorless convertibles in particular.

I hope that someone can convince me that the floorless issue has been neutralized.
