Your "search" for information about Osicom is very interesting, but not that new or creative. Numerous others have taken similar steps on this path. And I would guess that your efforts are probably not the last one in this regard.
Let me elaborate what I mean.
For example, in your "search" for information you pose the question:
"some members here seem to have close contact with Par, why don't they ask him the fact and tell us here, if Mr Witz is recovered from his health"
But, then we learn that you already have an answer to this question:
"and I am pretty sure that he is still healthily and actively living"
When it is suggested that it would be best to call the company to get the answers to your questions first hand, we learn that:
"....I do not expect Par will tell me bad news or fact unfavorable to him over the phone,...."
It appears that you have already assumed that there is some bad news, and that Par will try to hide that bad news from you. You call this search for information.
I can sum this up by copying the very appropriate statement by Scott Bailey:
