Not necessarily to Paul....

Regarding Walthers......I just reread the radio interview post where
Walthers 'hypes' the company with FORTHCOMING BIG DEALS and ALIANCES.
No way he is lilly white in this thing. He has incriminated himself.
Give him a little more rope and he'll hang himself.

As far as a lawsuit, I have already stated $1mil more or less divided
by 66mil shares ain't worth the trouble. I AM NOT in favor of a law-
suit....I also want things to be worked out. That includes Walthers
leaving the company and hiring a new CEO/President.

I have been following a company called NTN for some time. They have
always been in trouble.

I have read some of the litigation that is pending, or, has been
completed on the SEC web. Look at NTN.....it is EXACTLY the same
story as SEXI. The stock was hyped, sales announcements were pending
and news was not released, insider trading, stock halted, millions of
shares issued, and now there are at least 6 (last count) law suits
pending. These law suits have been ongoing since (I believe)1994
and 1995. One suit has been settled by the company issuing
.5mil shares to an individual to settle his individual case (I'll bet
it was a 'big' player who got stung and had the resourses to put up
a good fight). A class action suit is still pending. The company has
had only 1Q that put it in the black and presently has $20mil or more
in debt. That 1Q in the black was because NTN had a big tax right-off
due to discontinued services. And look at the S-8's filed. Company
reps keep hauling in those millions of shares at the share holders
expense. The scenario (except for the 20mil debt) is "EXACTLY" the
same down to the last dotted i and crossed t. Even after these law-
suits, the insiders continue doing business as usual (ie. giving them-
selves millions of shares for driving the company in the ground).
That is why "I" want to dump the entire management team. Who is to
say Walthers 'will not' do the same.

I have one more thing to say but will do it in another post. This one
is long enough.
