What is behind the Zitel fraud - first in a series.

Many on this thread are probably familiar with Wade Cook. For those of you who aren't, Mr. Cook is a two-bit con-artist who makes his living preying on gullible investors. Mr. Cook has written a series of books outlining his approach to "investing"...basically gambling on stock splits and stock options. Mr. Cook also peddles a series of very, very expensive seminars and a stock-picking "service". One of Mr. Cook's unusual picks has been our very favorite Y2K fraud - Zitel.
