To all, Here is some useful info that I received from the LifeServ customer newsletter(Heather W. at LifeServ put me on the mailing list). This is from the "Message from the President"(Michael T Felix) on the front page regarding "calendar year" '97.:
"We've grown our business from 1.8 million in sales to almost $7 million...and in the process, we've turned out three product releases. We've added over 100 customers and 15 employees to our company...we've changed our name, created a new image, and acquired two companies(we expect to be adding over 200 customers and another 8-10 employees within the next 60 days!). I believe that we have positioned our company for future greatness."

The last statement about adding over 200 customers within the next 60 days shows incredible growth when compared to the fact that they only added roughly 100 in all of '97. This is very big to me. We could be looking at huge numbers over the next two quarters when you combine a solid core business with an exploding software division.
MSYS looks like it will "thrive" or "dive" based on the LifeServ division...and right now things are looking pretty awesome, lets hope they can maintain their working capital and finally show some return on all of the money they have spent over the past year.
Any opinions from anyone???
