Again, not necessarily to Paul... When I stated the insiders own 28% and we own the other 72%, and that we should group together to get something done, I was not suggesting a law suit to recover lost monies. What I would suggest is we all E-Mail SEXI. In that E-Mail we would express our outrage we have toward the company management (yes, to include Walther). And that we want the entire management team to step down now, or we would file a suit to have them removed with force if need be. And, NO, they cannot choose their replacement (too many cronies out there). The new management would have to pass a scruti- nous background investigation and be approved by the shareholders. And, the management would be limited to the same number as is presently authorized. No NEW positions would be created. And NO previous management person would be rehired or be associated with SEXI in any manner, to include being a shareholder. If I were to be involved in a law suit it would be for the previous circumstance/terms. BULL
