How does central planning expand the economy year by year?

Central planning early on realizes the American business is divided into 9600 industries. In the beginning, we can only put out the fire. Only the squeakiest wheels gets the oil. Supermarkets were put back to time proven marketing procedures; and they made money. Safeway the leader is the model or case history for 3% net profit on revenue. Then we tackled the rest of the distribution system. Last year, we broke the strike at American Airlines; the results are the increase of output in the economy on transportation.

This year, we are doing housing (land development) and financial services. Putting in more efficiencies and bring them on internet for communication efficiencies. If you can reach more customers and cut down the cost of document management, then you can both grow and still keep improving profits.

What is done, is "industry by industry", we want more output until all 9600 industries are planned. It may take another 50 years, but we are training more people to handle this. It is done by business management, text book approach. And it is done by national needs. It is done for bring higher standards of living to American people. This purpose defines central planning.
