shoot, you beat to the punch., I meant to reference this article in my final comments on DEC. But I did not have the link though only an email of the text. This is an interesting article in Harvard Business Review that bears repeating, so..........

check it out folks! but as mohan says, just one man's opinion (althugh I would concur with most of what is in the arcticle) so lets make that two men's opinion, me and the author. anybody else to add to the list?
