Stocks that have made it had solid unwavering longs at the base that woul dnot sell on a buy. Fore sight. Then when bying hits it it moves on up and holds. However the stock has to shake out all the momentum and day traders. with every wave you gain people that are long. so the long term holdings increase thus reducing the float size. Simple buying and trating the OTC stock like NYSE stock it will get there GaBArd
