Status Report on Reg Technologies, Inc. Projects

For Immediate Release: Vancouver, B.C. - Reg Technologies, Inc.
(RRE.V / OTC BB REG RF) and its US subsidiary company REGI U.S.,
Inc. (OTC BB RGUS) wish to announce the following data as reported
by our engineer Patrick Badgley.

Air Vapor Flow System

The current round of AVFS testing on the 10 horsepower Tecumseh
engine has been completed by Adiabatics, Inc. The following is a
summary of the latest test data where the power output is the same
for the AVFS and the standard carburetor fuel system:

Head Exh. CO2 HC NOX O2 Load Fuel Flow BSFC
Temp Temp (%) PPM (ppm) (%) (in-lbs) (lbs/hr) (lbs/hp/hr)

Stock 258 1074 10.62 131 34.2 .55 177 5.00 0.636
AVFS 269 1096 9.14 66 27.6 .72 177 4.92 0.625
%Change 4.3 2 -14 -49.6 -19.3 30.9 -1.6 -1.6

Hydrocarbons were cut in half with the AVFS
Oxides of Nitrogen were reduced by about 20 percent
 Fuel Consumption was improved

The Company expects that automotive manufacturers will also consider
the AVFS technology because of the following:

May be an answer to one of the worlds most serious pollution
problems
Is simple and inexpensive to manufacture, replace and maintain
Is easily retrofitted on today's internal combustion engines
Could result in manufacturing cost savings for internal combustion
engines
Could lengthen the life of an internal combustion engine

Rand Cam Technology

The following marketing activities are all currently underway and
appear very promising:

Large Electrical Power Generation - Discussions with a major
utility customer for large Rand Cam engines for power generation
are continuing. This potential customer is asking for answers to specific questions concerning comparisons to existing reciprocating
engine generator sets in the area of emissions and fuel consumption.
These answers are currently being prepared by Patrick Badgley.

Air Conditioning Compressor - Discussions with a manufacturer of heavy-duty vehicular air conditioning system are continuing. We will
be presenting them with a compressor proposal as well as exploring
the possibility of having them manufacture other Rand Cam products
as a manufacturing partner.

Pump - The design of the special transmission oil pump for Ford
Motor Company is proceeding with a manufacturing "stack-up" being performed by Ford engineers. Prototype manufacturing is expected to
complete by the end of March at which point it will be delivered to
Ford for their testing.
