Of the 19 + million fully diluted, about 5 million are held in escrow and approximately 2 million are performance shares (options) set at 24 cents as a minimum - John Dougherty holds an additional 4 million shares The float is technically about 8 million - though I can account for another 3 million or so that is closely held - Johns position accounts for approx 45% New brokers are being introduced to the stock and hopefully you will continue to see new house involvement Any outstanding issues have been resolved with past management
