Dantes, I am not sure how you are determining what robotic's valuation should be, but I disagree with your conclusion. Steve Levy, a prominent Oppenheimer analyst, wrote an analysis on USRX that was very bullish and very compelling. In it he broke down USRX's product areas and valued them piece by piece. He noted that if you applied Ascend's valuation to USRX's same business you essentially were buying the modem business for free.

USRX is much more than a modem company. Among other areas, thay have recently unveiled completely new product areas: conference phone systems and hand held "newton" like processors. Both of these new products have very real competitive advantages and have been very well received at recent tech conventions.

Is the stock bullet proof?...no!
Is this one of the best run and best positioned technology companies?
Yes!

I remember the same nay-sayers shorting the stock and buying puts six months ago for the same reasons. The stock price is much higher, but USRX keeps justifying it.
