Barry, I notice that Patrick has given you the Carson rumour as the response and quite frankly I am very suspicious of the motives behind that rumour. As far as I can determine, Veta rights were awarded, the 30 day opposition period has passed and they have now been officially gazetted. There may have been some political noise generated but the courts are not involved; there is no official opposition to the Veta rights and the KRY camp are doing everything possible to muddy the information available to everyone. In that process Patrick is helping to try to confuse the market by quoting Carson as an authoritive source, but he is also correct in saying that it won't be determined until Placer/KRY get sorted out. It is my opinion that there will only be one mine which will include GLR's area but who the partner will be, KRY or Placer - who knows! By the way I am fairly sure that KRY do not have Veta rights, so that are further away from the "pot of gold" than GLR are, but they all seem to coveniently forget that fact...
