Eugene: The company is moving their state of incorporation to Nevada, not the manufacturing plant, which is at Gilroy. The company will be manufacturing under the California Motorcycle label, not American Image. The American Image name could be used as a name for selected models. Only one person moves over from USMC to CMC. The other insiders agreed to sell their stock to new management. This is a sweet merger in that it is not dilutive to existing stockholders of USMC. The company no doubt will want to retain their listing as a BB stock, and so will become fully reporting as soon as the audits, etc. are accomplished. Hopefully, this can be accomplished before the deadline for BB stock delisting. Any delay could upset the apple cart. Lee
