The plaintiffs in a class action are usually grouped by when they bought their shares. I believe there is already an action being brought on behalf of shareholders who bought in about a year ago. I suggest checking the posts on this thread from last May/June onward to find the specifics and which attorneys to contact.

Of course, your chances of getting anything back are slim. Kondamoori is probably judgment proof, or he may have already fled the country with our dough. I'm waiting for the CA Attorney General's office to get involved.
