Perhaps PTIS has too few shares outstanding and at too low a price to attract attention from the funds or from the analysts. Why spend money to research a company if you cannot invest enough to make a dent in your fund's portfolio? And a broker does not put out a buy signal on a small co because it would be a self fulfilling proghecy, and so IMHO PTIS will just have to grow on its own and possibly be discovered by more of us independent spirits who bypass the funds and do our oun research, Any flack, flames, or whatever will be welcome
