Can you tell me who you talked to? I have talked to four people there. I was told that the financial officer will not give out any info. over the phone. It is difficult for me to see how they could have earned $0.04 per share in 1997 on $1M (one million) in sales. This is $0.04 X 8.5M shares or $340,000! This is 34% profit! Also, for 1998, if you assume that their sales will be approx. $3M (Slightly above the mid-pt. of their distribution manager's estimate for 1998) and they make $0.12 per share, this amounts to $1,020,000 or 34% profit. If this were truely the case, then with the company growing at 300% per yr., the stock would trade at a PE of at least 50. This would give a price of $6 or about 10 times the current price. Other things that do not make sense is why are insiders not gobbling up the stock if they know this kind of profitability is right around the corner! And why did they recently issue 3M more shares of stock for which they probably received about $1.5M when they could have borrowed the money and then issued more stock later and received several times more in value. I am new on the internet re. stock info., and I wonder how much info. that is put out for us is reliable !!!
