jd2, walther needs to be worried about being personally named in a lawsuit for personal liability. by the way, you are right that if we sue the company, we will get nothing - not worth the headache - and we will DESTROY the company. i will, however, SUPPORT 100%, SUING THE LIVING SH*T OUT OF HUTTOE, WALTHER, RAUMER, YODER, SGA, OTC, MARIA, ANY BROKERAGE FIRM THAT WAS INVOLVED IN ANY SHADY ACTIVITY AND ANYBODY ELSE THAT SCREWED US. we probably won't get much of anything other than KNOW THAT THE ATTORNEY'S WILL GET THEIR KIDS' INHERITANCE.
