Monday March 16, 10:53 am Eastern Time Company Press Release Theragenics Announces a 2-For-1 Stock Split NORCROSS, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 16, 1998--Theragenics Corporation (NASDAQ:THRX - news), the Atlanta-based cancer treatment producer, today announced that its board of directors approved a 2-for-1 stock split, payable April 15 to shareholders of record March 31. After the split, Theragenics will have about 29.1 million shares outstanding.
