Jeffrey, The company has indicated that the resignations of Mr. West and Mr. Howorth is a result of house cleaning. Steve Lair has brought in a new CFO and COO and the company will release more details (personal backgrounds, etc..) in a press release shortly. The company feels that things are moving very fast and this is one of the most positive things that has happened to date... --tahoeman
