Charlie Maxwell also sees lower crude short term.

"I don't think we've hit the bottom [in oil prices], I think they're still coming
down and right now, with spring coming and demand falling in the Northern
Hemisphere, a lot of oil is on the water and many of us are wondering where
that oil is going to find a home," says CHARLES MAXWELL of
LOEWENBAUM & CO. He says the coming driving season will be only "a
small buffer" and adds that "this is one of the two times in the last 50 years
when we've actually accumulated oil during the winter. This has very bad
signs for spring." He says the glut could well continue for four to eight
months, but points out that the last one of similar magnitude

"went on for about a year and a half and there's every reason to expect as
long a period this time also." (CNBC

"Street Signs", 3/13)
