Art...I believe if Famh increases in price , lets say to 2.00 dollars,
and the "other" company is valued at 2.00, we would give up less shares. Why would Ira give up 4 of "his shares" for 1 share if both companies are valued the same. It doesn't make sense. I think Ira was stating 4 for 1 at PRESENT prices.
