Hi Don - If there is a restatement of earnings for the past year, any idea as to what the amount might be? Can you speculate as to what the impact would be on the price of the stock or is this event already factored into the current price?

My guess is that the stock could trade back to the $6.00 area (remember IFMX) and then trade higher once all the facts begin to hit the street. This may take several weeks or months but then I believe the downside risk will be reduced and the stock will eventually consolidate in the $8.00 range.

Once this news is behind us and new management is in place, then perhaps a steady move higher is possible based on how the new Novell products sell especially the release of NetWare 5.

I still believe it is too early to initiate any new positions at these levels.
