Btw- just sold out of my option position.

I know, much like Mr. Mitchell, you can't stand the fact that I have been able to make lots of money trading this stock while you guys keep holding on for the ride with nothing to show for it. It must truly gnaw at your side that I have been able to call it right so many times.

p.s. I recently talked to one of ALYD's largest shareholders.

this is a quote from him.

"I am hoping that ALYD is able to meet the expectations Gruder has put out there..... If they don't, the street will surely punish the company and the stock"

I feel that ALYD will show a loss FYE 1997 and that the stock will sell off. The next phase will come in when Gruder tries to stop the bleeding by making another BIG name small in details contract announcement or some "over the top earnings" prediction. Watch for this... it should be interesting.

Bob Gruder has done more damage to ALYD's credibility than anyone else. Most of the large shareholders, former alliance partners, and others he has done business with CAN'T STAND HIM.

To date ALYD has never been able to meet or beat any of Gruder's projections. Why ?

Because their burn rate is out of controls and, unlike what Mr. Mitchell would want you to believe, ALYD's expenses are going up just as fast as their revenues.
