Kaja and All, Check out the latest S-3 on Edgar. It seems that Sigma has decided to issue another floorless convertible. I also seem to recall seeing a lawsuit by Phillips (one of our DVD-Upgrade customers) filed in the last week or two. The floorless convertible, Phillips lawsuit, and Class Aciton claims puts too many question marks for me to continue being a shareholder. I'll check up on this company in a few months when the dilution is hopefully over. I still like the products though. Good luck to all. Grant
