To all Why is it that Ed Holt of CTI keeps misleading the investors by telling them FDA approval will be soon around end of April? Meanwhile Dave Packard has a memo out that the information package for approval wont be ready by late June, July, not to mention a few months more for review by FDA to approve it. Why hasn't the company honored its shareholders yet with honest answers and why does this company hold out from a shareholders meeting since Febuary 1996. I would like to know if anyone knows of a class action law suit being held against CTI for wrongfully misinforming their shareholders all these years. If they have new financing and feel their stock is low......then why are they paying TRW in stock instead of cash as we speak.
