I checked Dreyfus commission schedule from its homepage: <Other transactions (equities only) handled through a live broker are charged at the rate of $25 per order up to 5,000 shares. Above 5,000 shares - add 1 cent per share. There is a $4 fee added to each transaction for insurance, handling & administration. > Don't know if this applies to you. Dreyfus only accept BB stocks through live broker. I trade with Etrade, $19.95 for one trade, unlimited shares. etrade.com I am also curious how do you trade US stocks from China? As I know there is 13 hours time difference. Do you trade online? How is internet access fee? I am from China. Thanks.
