Yes, yes, all good points by everyone. Jeff, did you communicate with that lawyer? And as far as lawsuits go, if there is a company left at the end of the exercise, this should not be the subject of a lawsuit. It's the deep pockets and other wrongdoers who must be held liable for this fiasco.
