Re SDTI vs. NETA - You are correct in that NETA has no direct presence in the token market but they do have a marketing agreement with ActiveCard. However to my knowledge, NETA is embedding the server software into their CyberCop intrusion detection system which allows the systems administrator to remotely access the system to investigate suspicious activity. This is has very little relation to SDTI's dominance of the corporate remote access and now internal application market.

ActiveCard either has very few or no accounts in North America and is primarily a European provider of two-factor authentication tokens for online banking. Last time I checked, their stock was trading just over two bucks on the European version of the OTC market. Larson may try and bring them in on some of his anti-virus and/or intrusion accounts but I don't think 70% market and mind share SDTI has too much to worry about.
