I disagree that the lawsuits forced the pre-announcemnt. The thrashing the the stock took the previous qtr. forced this announcement. This is an acknowledgement by KE that like it or not they will have to keep WS better informed than they have in the past. Interesting that the amount of the shortfall is approximately the value of one quarter's worth of the new advertising budget. Although I suspect that this qtr. will probably consume more than 25 percent. Only two days ago I posted that the stock will never see 7, oh well. I still believe that this is a $15 stock, it ain't over yet. archcc
