Jeff, I have a regular trading acct with etrade also..I will have to be approved for options. Actually I am for covered calls (wow, there's excitement)..Do you use Etrade's option tools, e.g. the option price vs the B/S model? I'm not sure how their leverage tool is derived but it seems basic math dictates the more in the money you are, the less the leverage (though being OUT of the money makes the 'time value' awful high). conrad
