further investigation is needed and appropriate action needs to be decided upon. it seems pretty unbelievable that the sec would allow walther to release his note on friday IF THEY KNEW RIGHT NOW THAT THIS STOCK WILL NOT TRADE AGAIN. let's get real. the situation is not what we want, but let's not make it worse. small cap, were did you get those restricted shares from big guy?? don't come on here smacking around all sorts of negative rumor quoting insiders (they haven't been right yet, why should we believe them now ;-) and then chicken out like a chump when a couple of hardballs get thrown your way... get real...
