Company Press Release
Global's Trading Volume Jumps
MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 16, 1998--Global Games (OTC Bulletin Board - ''GLOW'') made an announcement today regarding the sharply increased volume of trading in its stock.

''We have noted the increased trading volume of our common stock,'' stated Mr. Gary Borglund, President of Global, ''and we feel compelled to comment and dispel any rumors. We fully appreciate our shareholders' confidence in the company. The increased activity and price of our stock would seem to be a validation of our game plan. We believe we have been undervalued for quite a period of time.''

Global has traded 19 million shares in the last 10 days, ending last week at a bid-asked range of $0.11-$0.12 per share, having been as low as $0.04 per share previously.

Mr. Borglund added, ''We are excited with our progress and will make additional announcements in the very near future. We are implementing plans which we expect will significantly enhance shareholder values. We have completed our internal audit, and are meeting with auditors today to formulate plans to complete our 1997 audit. This is needed to file our Form 10 with the Securities & Exchange Commission in order to become a reporting company during the second quarter.
