The big blocks were obviously an arranged trade. Such trades
do not move the market either up or down, but the huge
rise in volume might have prompted day traders to jump in.

However, the big blocks could come from only 2 sources:
a) L. Kopp, or b) Axel Johnson, the controlling company.
However, why would Axel Johnson sell so far below the
IPO price? Given that LARS has traded substantially higher
than $8 during the last 9 months, selling at $8 does not
make any sense. Of course, there might be other hidden reasons
(Swedish estate planning etc...).
