Bill, the reason most companies list on Vancouver first is that listing requirements are lower than Nasdaq small cap board, forget the nasdaq bulletin board as it has no listing requirements and has a very bad reputation. It is cheaper to get and maintain a vse listing. This company is definatly getting ready for a US listing. I agree with you, if they are doing their job a vse listing allows us to take advantage of them before they arrive at the big show (Nasdaq). Excellent little company i expect it to go a lot higher.
