Hey all -- I'm not sure about what happened with the Arapahoe Generating Station, but based on my experience with PSCo -- they are notorious for leading companies down a path and then changing their mind at the last minute. Happened to me with a project at the same Arapahoe Generating Station. They simply just changed their mind and didnt want to pursue the project any longer. Therefore , I dont put much credence into what a past VP has said about Alanco. Just my two cents from another Berkeley idiot.
