Check out Bernie Kaplan's comments and newsletter, fdcpx is weak right now but in this market who knows, you could try and hang on to avoid the charge. This is what I am doing in fsdcx, 2 wks to go. Sometime it becomes a guessing game which I do not like. Bernie does not try to out guess, he uses a strict TA approach. How about selling HALF and investing in retail or Telecomm??
